At what height should I attach the punching bag support to the wall?

This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate this as follows:
The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height. Then comes the 30 cm fixing chain and then comes the wall bracket.
So own length + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, you can always vary this if desired.
