The Slam Balls are an emerging product that are increasingly used in circuit training, bootcamp workouts or core-fittraining.

Design

The Slam Balls are designed for intensive use and made so they don't bounce. Therefore they can be used to slam down on the ground, on solid surfaces. The iron-sand filling ensures that the Slam Balls don't bounce. The balls have a weight core, around this core weight is a thick durable rubber 'housing'. This makes the balls perfect for explosive workouts and intensive use.

How to use

The Slam Balls can be used for many workouts. This makes them ideal for the development of (more) explosiveness, speed and greater acceleration. The Slam Balls are, just like the medicine balls, used for many training purposes, as well as traditional medicine ball workouts.
