Tunturi Power Aqua Bag 20kg

The Tunturi Power Aqua Bag is ideal for home usage, but also great to take with you outside. The weight of the Aquabag is easily adjustable by adding water, or letting it out. The maximum of water that can be fitted in the Power Aqua Bag is 20kgs (or liters). If the maximum is not reached, the bag can be filled up with air, to make sure that it maintains it's shape. 

The Power Aqua bag holds four handles instead of the five that the traditional Power bag has, but nonetheless enables you to train in endless varieties. Every muscle group can be trained. The gravity point is never the same because of the water moving around inside the Aquabag. This also helps you strengthen your stability, core-strength and balance.

Please note that the Power Aqua Bag is not suited for throwing (around) and/or punching against.
