Tokaido Karate Suit Tsunami Gold - White

The Tsunami Gold is a traditional karate gi by Tokaido with the normal fitting. This means a regular length of sleeves and jacket. The suit is made of a durable, heavy cotton material. The trousers also feature a longer length on the ankles and the traditional closure on the waist. The fabric is lightly brushed on the inside, making this karate uniform feel soft. It doesn't irritate the skin, even during longer workouts you'll be comfortable. 
This suit is perfectly suited for teachers as it is made of the heavy Kata fabric, without the typical Kata fit.

Sizing

This Karate Gi is available in the sizes 160 until 210, in whole sizes only. Unfortunately this suit is not available in half sizes (i.e. 175 or 185). These are, like most suits we sell, length sizes. Someone with a length of 181cm will be best suited for a size 180.

Wash and care instructions 

It is recommended to wash this suit inside out, on a 30 degree cycle. 40 degrees can be used as well, but a warmer cycle is not advised, as this might lead to shrinkage or a deformed shape in the suit. The suit can not be tumble dried, for the same reasons. Best would be to hang dry the suit, with the jacket on a wide hanger to pre-form the shoulder shape.
