Tokaido Karate Glove - Blue

Tokaido has designed these fist protection purely for the Kumite part of Karate. Because the gloves are made of a very light polyurethane, they will provide excellent impact absorbtion. The outer material features a coating made of synthetic leather which makes it water- and sweat- repellent. The inside of the gloves features some elastic straps which seperates the fingers, two on the left and two on the right, while there is also one big strap for the palm. This allows you to properly make a fist without your hand being “too full”. And the wrist closure is secured with an elasticated velcro strap, so that it will fit everyone! 

These Tokaido Karate Gloves are “WKF Approved” which means that they will be required for the big and official tournaments. Not going for the official matches any time soon? Take a look at the Ronin Seiken gloves instead.

To make sure we are comparing the same places, make a fist with your hand and then measure the widest part on the knuckles. Allow for a little bit of space on both sides, to make sure that the hand will fit in the glove instead of sticking out on both sides.
