Hot Blood 3.0 is a combination of 5 different types of creatine and a special pump formula. Scitec Hot Blood 3.0 ensures that you have more strength and endurance during training. It helps to improve the performance and it stimulates muscle growth during explosive strength training.

How to use

Take 1 dose half an hour before your workout, preferably on an empty stomach. Dissolve 20 grams (1 dose) Hot Blood 3.0 in at least 400 ml cold water. Note: The product is lightly carbonated. It is advisable to unscrew the cap every 5 seconds during shaking to prevent pressure build-up. If you are sensitive to stimulants it's advisable to try half a dose first. 
This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
