The Ronin Mailbal is made of strong heavy bizonyl. This material is similar to the material used for our Ronin punching bags. In the past the Maisbal was filled, as the name suggests, with raw sereal grains. Nowadays the Ronin Mailbal is filled with granulate grains. Because of the shape and weight of the Ronin Maisbal, it makes it very suitable for training uppercuts, body shots and liver punches.
