Ronin Karate Puzzle Mat 100x100x2cm - black/red

Karate puzzle mats are made of EVA foam and only available in the colour black-grey. Because of the puzzle edges, they are easy to place and they are light in weight.
These mats are especially for standing martial arts and for bare feet training and are unsuitable for training with shoes on what will damage the mat very quickly. Because of its dense cell structure the mat does not absorb any moisture and is easy to clean with a damp cloth and anti-bacterial detergent. The mats are easily to combine with the blue-red puzzle mats because of their puzzle edges.
