Ronin Coaching Mitts are perfect to exercise one to one technique training. They are big enough to obsorp various types of punches, hooks as wel as knee and kick techniques.
Make sure to focus well and to help a bit, a contrasting white dot is placed in the centre of each mitt.

The padding cosists of one layer foam. The mitts are not only suitable for match preparation, but also for training at home with a mate.

The mitts are made of real leather, they are equal in model, so there is no difference between the right hand or the left hand mitt. They are light in weight but strong enough to absorb the punches.
