Extreme Whey is a combination of 2 instant Whey proteins: Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Proteing Isolate. Whey protein has a very high biological value because the amino acid pattern resembles that of body-like protein. Extreme Whey is important for the build up of fat-free muscle mass and stimulates rapid recovery of muscle tissue. All major amino acids are present in a high and balanced concentration.

Whey Protein has a very high biological value and is well soluble. It contains a high concentration of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). In our muscle tissue, the three BCAAs (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) occur most. These three amino acids are first degraded if there is insufficient fuel in our body in the form of carbohydrates. This is why many athletes prefer protein preparations with high levels of BCAAs.
