Punching Bag Pivot Point

To ensure that the punching bag does not rotate back too much during the training session, you can hang a pivot point between the ceiling and the chain. This prevents the chain of the punching bag from turning, but also prevents the extra twisting/turning of the punching bag itself.

To ensure that the pivot point is properly and safely secured, it is advisable to hang the pivot point first on the ceiling plate or swing hook, before you hang the heavy punching bag. By means of a screw rod, the pivot point is easy to fix. Then it is easy to hang the carabibers hook of the punching bag chain to the semicircular moving part of the pivot point. 

How does it work? 

The pivot point has a semicircular side where the suspension hook of the chain can be placed. The other side has an opening that can be fixed to the ceiling plate. Between these two suspension options is a connecting bar that can be turned over either side.
