Punching Bag Metal Spring Pro

The Ronin Punchbag Spring Pro is made to help you reduce the movement of a punchbag. During an intense bag workout the bag may bounce and dance. The Spring Pro will help to reduce the bounce and this will ease the strain on your ceiling (or wall), and also reduce any noise your neighbours above you may experience. 

Attaching the Ronin Punchbag Spring Pro 

The iron Ronin Punchbag Spring Pro has two open ends, which are easily attachable to your ceiling mount and the chain of your punching bag. 

How does it work? 

The spring is made of 6mm thick metal and that makes it pretty strong. Whenever there is a lot of movement on the punchbag, the worst of the pressure and the bounce will be absorbed by the spring. This will lessen the strain on both the ceiling (or wall) and the mount.
