These Coaching Mitts from MUAY are slightly curved shock absorbers. Because of the universal glove they can be worn on both the right and left hand. Due to the slight curve in the coaching mitt they are not only pleasant to punch against, but they are also comfortable to wear and to catch punches. Due to the small size these mitts are perfect to train fast punches and combinations.
