The Century Wrestling dummy has arms and legs and gives the possibility to train hard without hurting your partner. Very realistic arm and leg posistions to practice mount and chokes quickly and correctly. Great dummy to improve the take downs, throws, chokes and punches. The important nylon stitches are reinforced with nylon straps for extra security. 

We offer three versions of this dummy; a light version of 31,8 kg (70 pounds), a heavier version of 40,8 kg (90 pounds) and the heaviest version of 54,4 kg (120 pounds)
