Century Versys VS BOB

The Century Versys VS.BOB is the most versatile material training partner available on the market. The trainings dummy is ideally suited for all-round martial arts training.

Use century vs. Bob for all kinds of martial arts

The dummy has the familiar look of the BOB XL, but is more versatile than his brother. The dummy is ideal for multiple martial arts styles, including taekwondo, karata kung fu, but also kickboxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. On the dummy you can practice kicking techniques: the low kicks (both inside en outside), body kicks, high kicks and even groin kicks. You can also practice targeted punches, elbows and even knees. The fully functional BOB torso with simulated arms ensures you can also practice defensive blocking, deflecting and redirecting punches.

Stabilize the dummy

You have to fill the three sandbox bags on the base with approx 9-11kg sand, as shown in the video below. The bags are not filled on delivery.
The dummy will move when hit, but remains stable and will not tip over easily.

This training dummy combines the best features of the Century BOB XL and the Century VS1 and thus the ideal training partner has been created.
