Anti Gravity Boots

These hanging shoes or gravity boots are made of sheet steel with foam padding and can be hung from wall racks or pull-up bars using the hook at the back. Think, for example, of training your abdominal muscles.

To get into the starting position, it's easiest to hang from the bar with both hands and hook your feet with the boots on the bar. Only let go once you are sure you are securely attached. In the same way, first grab the bar before you unhook your legs from it. Then roll backwards to get your feet back towards the ground. Make sure to ask someone to help you get in and out of the rack/bar at the beginning.

Once you get the hang of it, you can make optimal use of these boots during your training!
