Aikido Set Complete - Taiwan
Because Aikido utilizes multiple practice weapons, we have assembled this beautiful set for the Aikido practitioner. The set includes a Tanto, a Bokken, and a Jo, all made from Taiwanese red oak wood, along with a nice weapon bag to carry everything.
Taiwanese red oak is the standard wood, which is not suitable for wood-on-wood contact during training. Typically, Taiwanese practice weapons are more commonly used for making movements without actually making contact.
The weapon case is a bag specifically designed to carry these practice weapons, made of nylon with a special compartment for the Tanto. The Tanto is a wooden practice knife approximately 30 cm long. The Bokken is the wooden sword, measuring about 102 cm in length. The Jo is a wooden staff, approximately 128 cm long. Please keep in mind that these are natural products, so each item is unique in terms of density, weight, and color.
